Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all websites.
Please Note: We will always try to be flexible and try to accommodate all requests.
- After acceptance of the final website design and content, You agree to pay £99 (Package A) per year or £125 (Package B) per year for the website. This includes all costs associated with the website.
- For Free renewals (i.e. Year 2 onwards) payment is required by the END of the 11th month of the previous year (i.e. Year 1) to ensure all website fees are paid in time. Any delays may lead to the website being unavailable / offline. You will be reminded.
- Website discussions will be done in person, phone and by email. Whichever is appropriate.
- Prices will remain fixed at the package price, for as long as the website design remains the same.
- Strict Page limits apply depending on the Package chosen. For Package B, every page over the designated 10 page limit, an additional charge of £15 per page (per year) will be applied.
- All pages to contain static HTML content only. E.g. No scrolling content.
- One email mailbox per site - maximum size 5mb.
- Upto TWO MINOR content amendments allowed during the current year. Minor classed as requiring less than 15 minutes' labour.
- Maximum of 3 pages per change.
- No new pages.
- MAJOR content changes (e.g. whole website price list changes) allowed upon website renewal.
- Webspace limit of upto 10mb (if 5mb email) or 15mb (no email mailbox).
- Domain name must be UK registered domain, of the form www.yourbusiness.co.uk
- Annual advertising discount subject to acceptance.
- Redesign of site incurs an additional Administration Fee (equivalent to Package Fee on top of Package renewal price), due to time & effort required.
